AccuAim provides digital aim-training routines, diagnostic analysis, and educational guidance. Results vary by player; no specific rank, earnings, or competitive result is guaranteed.
A purchase grants one customer a personal, non-transferable license. Private playlist codes, downloads, and paid guidance may not be republished, shared, resold, or distributed. Abuse, fraud, chargeback fraud, or unauthorized redistribution may result in access being suspended.
AccuAim stores the information needed to operate accounts, diagnostics, purchases, access grants, Discord linking, and support. Payment-card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored by AccuAim. We do not sell personal information.
Customers may ask support to correct or delete account information, subject to records we must retain for fraud prevention, accounting, dispute handling, or legal compliance. Do not place passwords or full payment details in Discord tickets.
You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if the routine's private share code or downloadable delivery has not been revealed, copied, accessed, or downloaded. Once private digital access is used, that purchase is generally final because the product cannot be returned.
Duplicate charges, failed or incorrect delivery, inaccessible content, and material defects are always eligible for review. We will correct the delivery, replace the affected product, or issue an appropriate refund. This policy does not limit consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
A $20 one-time diagnostic provides one completed benchmark submission. The credit is consumed only when a routine is successfully generated; the resulting profile and routine remain available to that account.
Adaptive includes an initial diagnostic and reassessment access every 14 days while active. Elite requires two benchmark runs for higher-confidence analysis, allows reassessment every 7 days, and includes deeper scenario technique and Fortnite-transfer guidance.
Adaptive and Elite include an upfront setup purchase followed by recurring monthly access at the price shown during checkout. You can cancel future renewals from Account → Manage billing; access continues through the paid billing period and started billing periods are normally not prorated.
A Personal Aim Review is a one-time manual coaching service. The customer must submit usable Fortnite or KovaaK’s footage through the supported delivery process. AccuAim provides a written weakness breakdown and hand-selected routine; it does not include a live call unless explicitly stated.
Manual review work becomes non-refundable once review has begun, except for duplicate charges, failed delivery, or a material defect in the delivered service.
Open a private support ticket in the AccuAim Discord and include your account email, order number, purchase name, and a short explanation. Refunds are returned to the original payment method when approved. Beta support aims to respond within 24–48 hours.
